New York’s Staten Island. In 2023, a felon will suffer the price for his terrifying act of firing 11 rounds at a playground in New Brighton, hitting a man in the stomach.
Francis Lloyd, 19, of Stapleton’s 100 block of Broad Street, pleaded guilty to a second-degree attempted murder charge on January 6 and was sentenced to 10 years in prison and five years of post-release supervision, according to a spokesperson for District Attorney Michael E. McMahon.
