New York Knicks and the YMCA collaborate to host a Saturday Night Lights Basketball clinic with a special guest

New York’s Staten Island. This week, the New York Knicks and the YMCA held their first-ever basketball clinic at the Gerard Carter Center in Clifton on Saturday night, making Saturday Night Lights basketball even more memorable for young athletes from Staten Island.

With assistance from Saturday Night Lights personnel and special guest and former Knicks player Larry Johnson, the clinic was led by Knicks coaches Thabiti Boone, Cliff Morgan, Anthony Furia, and Kelvin Li. The clinic was attended by about 100 young basketball players who wanted to get better at the game.
