Woman, 29, accused of hindering Staten Island fatal stabbing probe, appears in court virtually after giving birth

New York’s Staten Island. A woman who was charged in relation to a violent altercation that resulted in a fatal stabbing on Staten Island last month made a virtual appearance in Criminal Court on Tuesday, just after giving birth.

Two months ago, Erika Rosario, 29, of Arlo Road on Grymes Hill, was charged with misdemeanor assault, harassment, and impeding prosecution in relation to the altercation that took place on Wave Street in Stapleton on November 20.
