NY weather update: Lake effect snow warning for Jefferson and Lewis counties until Wednesday morning

The National Weather Service issued an updated lake effect snow warning for Jefferson and Lewis counties at 5:35 p.m. on Tuesday, which will remain in place until Wednesday at 7 a.m.
