Major street near Bayonne Bridge, MLK blocked due to break in water main on S.I.

New York’s Staten Island. During Monday morning rush hour on Staten Island, a portion of Morningstar Road in Elm Park is shut due to a water main break.

Situated in the shadow of the Bayonne Bridge, Morningstar Road is a significant access road to the Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway.
