Lawyer for unconscious man allegedly found with gun, drugs on S.I. wants hearing on evidence admissibility

New York’s Staten Island. The lawyer representing a guy who was allegedly discovered unconscious, armed, and in possession of several drugs in Great Kills last October is contesting the way that police searched and interrogated her client.

On the afternoon of August 31, in full daylight, 28-year-old Eric Steinhilber of Bannert Avenue in Totowa, New Jersey, was found unconscious behind the wheel of a black Jeep Grand Cherokee close to the Great Kills Library and a number of stores.
