New MTA survey shows majority unsatisfied with local bus service on Staten Island

New York’s Staten Island — The majority of Staten Island respondents to a recent consumer poll indicated unhappiness with the borough’s local bus service, despite significant improvements noted by the transportation agency.

According to the agency’s Fall 2024 Customers Count Survey, local buses had the lowest customer satisfaction ratings of any Staten Island public transportation choice.
