Staten Island Board of Realtors inducts its 63rd president

STATETEN ISLAND The 63rd president of the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) is Annmarie Triolo of Triolo Realty Group. On January 16, she was sworn in at a ceremony held at the Li Greci s Staaten in West Brighton.

Our sector is undergoing the most significant shifts in business practices in the last four decades. The good news is that the consumer benefits, according to SIBOR CEO Sandy Krueger. As we move to the new models, I’m excited to collaborate with our executive teams.

Ron Molcho of American Homes Group was reappointed as the board chairman of the SIBOR-owned Staten Island Multiple Listing Service Inc. (SIMLS) during the ceremony. Additionally, New York State Senator Jessica Scarcella-Spanton administered the oath of office to the board’s officers and directors.

Triolo praised Krueger, who recently celebrated 25 years as SIBOR’s CEO, alongside former SIBOR president Sari Kingsley.

According to Kingsley, he’s the thing that holds everyone together.

According to Triolo, Krueger was the most modest and selfless man you would ever meet. He elevates each and every one of us and allows us to shine in the light without ever boasting.
