Sam Colucci, teacher and principal, dies at 100. Longevity secret? No more birthday cupcakes | Life Stories

According to Sam Colucci, maintaining an active lifestyle and eating sensibly were the keys to his longevity. However, as a school administrator, he found it difficult to eat in moderation. “I don’t have to go on a diet,” he remarked. Nancy Myers, his daughter, declared, “I simply won’t have birthday cupcakes anymore.”
