The tragic events unfolded at the family’s residence on Shenandoah Drive, where police responded to initial reports indicating the children were in cardiac arrest.
Upon arrival, first responders discovered the heartbreaking reality that both children had tragically succumbed to their injuries despite their efforts to renew them.
