New York’s Staten Island. Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-Staten Island/South Brooklyn), who has long requested information on migrant crime from the NYPD, had yet another delay on Tuesday.
In response to the congresswoman’s January Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request for multiple replies regarding migrant crime in 2023, the NYPD provided her with its most recent non-response.
