Dear Annie: Experience the profound power of practicing gratitude daily

To All Readers:

I hope you have an amazing Thanksgiving with your families! I have the ideal excuse to thank each and every one of you during this holiday. I’ve learned so much about life from your insightful queries and remarks, which still motivate me every day. I appreciate you allowing me to share in your adventure.

Gratitude practice has significant positive effects on our physical and emotional well-being. It’s a small action that may have a big impact on relationships, happiness, stress levels, and even immune system strength. Writing down a few things for which you are grateful or giving a sincere thank you to someone who has influenced your life are both examples of gratitude.

Since gratitude is a personal practice, there is no one correct approach to cultivate it; what important is figuring out what works for you. Every small action counts, whether it’s journaling, meditation, writing thank-you notes, or just taking a moment to appreciate the present.

As we commemorate Thanksgiving, I urge you to pause, think about your blessings, and allow them to make your day.
