“It was good to get our first road victory,” SW coach Tom Rizzo remarked. We had a good one-two punch with Casey and Jaylene. The game was close going into the fourth quarter due to KIPP’s strong run, but we had some breathing room thanks to some incredible threes from Danielle and Jaylene. Wins are always an indication of excellent progress because we are a work in progress.
SW will play the HS For Construction on Sunday at the same tournament after losing to the Warriors 65-41 in their PSAL debut.
40 Curtis, 37 Truman
