Syracuse, New York. According to individuals who spoke to Syracuse.com | The Post-Standard, a judge in Syracuse City Court recently declined to officiate a same-sex wedding ceremony.
Members of the legal community who were aware with the proceedings said that two marriages were planned for Saturday, Nov. 16, and that Judge Felicia Pitts Davis was appointed as the judge for arraignments.
