Break-in at popular restaurant ends with man’s confession, guilty plea

New York’s Staten Island. According to court filings, a Staten Island man told police his plans that evening after being apprehended breaking into a posh restaurant three months prior.

Steven Cabrera, 28, of the Tompkinsville neighborhood of the 200 block of Victory Boulevard, stated, “I was taking wine; I was going to sell it for crack.”
