New York’s Staten Island. On Thursday, a fire at a Port Richmond apartment complex severely damaged the property and injured five people, including a firefighter.
According to an FDNY official, the fire was discovered at a three-story structure at 137 Heberton Ave. close to Vreeland Street shortly after noon.
