New York’s Staten Island. A pedestrian crash in West Brighton during the Monday morning rush hour has prompted authorities to respond.
According to an FDNY/EMS spokesperson, a person was taken to Richmond University Medical Center in West Brighton from the collision that was reported at approximately 6:35 a.m. near Forest Avenue and Raymond Place.
Manor Road and Raymond Place are prohibited from accessing Forest Avenue.
The Highway District Collision Investigation Squad of the New York Police Department is present.
Authorities do not yet have a condition for the victim.
