The Ansha, Inc. deli on 4th Avenue in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, sold one ticket for $16,921. Another was sold at the Price Chopper mega market in Utica, and it was similarly valued at $16,921.

The drawing’s winning numbers were 04, 10, 13, 28, and 36.

TAKE Five numbers are selected from a range of 1 to 39. The five numbers on your ticket must match the winning five-number combination selected in order to win the TAKE 5 jackpot. Each game costs $1 to play.
