10 most expensive homes sold on the Mid-Island, Jan. 6-12

One of the most costly residential real estate sales in the Mid-Island over the last week was a $1.3 million house on Staten Island.

Over the course of the last week, 15 residential real estate sales with an average price of $753,104 were reported in the region. In the end, the average cost per square foot was $444.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of January 6.
