One of the most costly residential real estate sales on the South Shore in the last week was a $2.3 million home on Staten Island.

The average price of the 75 residential real estate sales that took place in the area over the course of the last week was $776,703, or $443 per square foot.

Even though the property may have sold earlier, the values in the list below relate to real estate sales for which the title was recorded during the week of November 18.
