New York’s Staten Island. The defendant isn’t entirely off the hook, even though a grand jury last month decided to drop murder charges against a man involved in the stabbing death of a father with connections to Staten Island.
Sean Alston, 29, of Grymes Hill’s Arlo Road, is set to be arraigned on January 8 in the state Supreme Court in St. George on a D felony charge of possessing a weapon with a prior conviction. According to court documents, he is also accused with misdemeanor possession of a weapon.
