Community Board 1 to hold Land Use Committee meeting this week

New York’s Staten Island. Community Board 1 will host a virtual meeting of its Land Use Committee on Tuesday, December 3, but Community Boards 2 and 3 do not have any public meetings scheduled for this week.

Members will talk about a zoning application for development authorization to change a steep slope buffer to make room for a new driveway on Signal Hill Road at the 6:30 p.m. meeting. The Special Hillside Preservation District includes the current residence.
