Commuter alert: Car reportedly knocks down pole in Grasmere during Friday morning rush on Staten Island

New York’s Staten Island. During Friday morning rush hour, a power pole was knocked down close to the Staten Island Expressway in Grasmere, prompting authorities to hurry to the scene.

The collision, which was reported at around seven in the morning, occurred in front of the Salvation Army Family Store on Mosel Avenue close to Clove Road.
