Commuter alert: Delays on Staten Island Expressway for Monday morning rush hour

STATETEN ISLAND New York: During Monday morning rush hour, there are reports of delays on the Staten Island Expressway headed for Brooklyn.

According to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, there are still delays on the Goethals Bridge to State Island after an earlier collision on the motorway.

The delays were caused in part by an earlier collision on the freeway near Richmond Avenue.
