Customers are being advised to return or discard merchandise due to Costco’s announcement of a recall of its cold and flu medications.
Kirkland Signature Severe Cold & Flu Plus Congestion items that were sold at Costco between October 30 and November 30, 2024, are being recalled.
According to documents, LNK Pharmaceuticals Inc., the company that manufactures the products, started the recall because of the unintentional release and shipment of a certain lot code that was rejected because it might contain foreign material contamination.
The lot code P140082 is used to identify the affected units.
Customers should not use this lot code on any leftover products. For a complete refund, items can be returned to a nearby Costco.
For any problems or concerns, contact LNK International Inc. by phone at 1-800-426-9391 or by email at [email protected].
