RECENTLY UNVEILED: RUMC WOMEN’S CENTER

Most recently, Richmond University Medical Center formally opened its new Women’s Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology, welcoming community members, medical experts, and local leaders.

The new location is situated at 2935 Veterans Rd. West in Charleston, inside the South Shore Commons Shopping location. With large exam rooms furnished with the newest technology, private consultation rooms, and a cozy waiting and greeting area, the center has a spa-like ambience.

According to Messina, this lovely new location is a haven for women to feel encouraged and cared for at every stage of life, not just a medical office. We are honored to offer our services to the South Shore community, and Dr. Tubman and her staff are truly leaders in their area.

The following people attended the 18th annual gala of the Richmond University Medical Center Foundation: Dan Messina, president and CEO of RUMC; Joe Burt, vice president of RUMC; Bobby Urs, board member; Timothy C. Harrison, chairman of the board; Dr. Brendan G. Carr, CEO of the honoree Mount Sinai Health System; and Dom Famulari, master of ceremonies and co-chair of the event.
