Dear Abby: Online porn is ruining my marriage. How do I stop?

Greetings, Abby

My wife and I have been wed for ten years. I have only ever dated one woman, and that is her. I still find myself chatting to ladies online, asking them for pictures, and seeing porn. I have no idea why I do this, and I don’t want to go any further in this direction. What would be the first thing I would do to demonstrate to my wife that I am serious about solving this major issue? IDENTIFIES A DIFFERENCE IN PENNSYLVANIA

DEAR SEES:

Telling your wife that you realize your online behavior has gone out of hand and that you are beginning to discuss it with a certified psychotherapist would be a great first step. To assist you break the habit, 12-step programs are now available online. I commend you for reaching out to me and taking the initial step.
