New York’s Staten Island. A fast-moving storm is about to reach New York, dumping a few inches of snow before swiftly dissipating.
AccuWeather predicts that the storm will reach the region between 4 and 5 p.m. and noon. At that point, a wintery combination of rain and snow will start to fall over New York City.
