FDNY: 12 transported to hospital from school bus crash on Staten Island

New York’s Staten Island. During the Wednesday morning rush hour, a school bus crashed on a key street in Stapleton, sending 12 people to the hospital.

According to an FDNY/EMS spokesperson, the collision involving a yellow bus carrying children was reported at 7:21 a.m. on Targee Street close to Roff Street.
