New York’s Staten Island. One count of driving while drunk, driving while ability impaired due to alcohol, and refusing to take a breathalyzer test were among the numerous accusations that led to the arrest of a New York City firefighter on Sunday, according to the NYPD.
The Deputy Commissioner of Public Information for the NYPD said that at around 4:18 a.m., Jean Negron-Davila, 36, who was not on duty, was taken into custody inside the 121st Precinct.
At the time of publication, Negron-Davila’s attorney information was not easily accessible.
