New York’s Staten Island. A source familiar with the investigation said the FDNY Fire Marshals have concluded that a lithium ion battery caused the fire at Staten Island Technical High School in New Dorp last week.
At the high school, 485 Clawson St., the fire was reported shortly after 7 p.m. on Friday.
