New York’s Staten Island. Following a potential medical crisis at an Annadale firehouse on Wednesday, a firefighter was taken to the hospital.
According to an FDNY/EMS spokesperson, the incident was reported around 11:35 a.m. at Engine 167 at 345 Annadale Road.
A source with knowledge of the incident first reported that a firefighter had fainted at the firehouse.
According to the FDNY spokesperson, the firefighter was sent to Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze.
The FDNY did not provide a condition for the firefighter.
