New York’s Staten Island. According to information obtained by the Advance/SILive.com, a Staten Island council member is in favor of New York City opening an official gift shop at a Staten Island Ferry station.
In a letter dated April 14, 2024, Councilwoman Kamillah Hanks (D-North Shore) requested that Mayor Eric Adams take into consideration building an official CityStore in either the Whitehall or St. George terminals. Her office revealed the letter on Tuesday.
