In-custody photos: NYPD arrests man who allegedly raped girl, 5, on Staten Island

New York’s Staten Island. A Manhattan man, 30, was taken into custody by the NYPD on Tuesday on suspicion of raping a small kid on Staten Island.

On his route to the Staten Island Courthouse, Dominique Giles was escorted by NYPD detectives from a facility on Stuyvesant Place in St. George that houses the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office and other justice-related organizations.
