Local barbershop provides holiday cheer with free haircuts in Staten Island school

New York’s Staten Island. Professionals occasionally visit to share their expertise and give students free haircuts around the holidays, which is one benefit of having a cosmetology program.

At I.S. 2 in Midland Beach, Monday was one of those days. Principal Jill Passantino, the physical education teacher at the school, and James Scianna, the proprietor of Untouchable CutzBarbershop in Dongan Hills, worked together with his employees to plan the event.
