Massive boat fire at Great Kills Harbor on Wednesday morning

New York’s Staten Island. Several vessels at Great Kills Harbor are on fire, and the FDNY is responding.

According to an FDNY/EMS spokesperson, the incident was reported at 112 Mansion Ave between Great Kills Road and McKee Avenue at 4:38 a.m.

There are about 60 fire and emergency medical workers and 12 units on the scene.

As of right now, no injuries have been recorded.

There is a lot of smoke floating above the harbor’s dry docked boats.

The area is filled with the overpowering stench of bitter smoke.
