New York’s Staten Island. New York state recently saw the sale of two TAKE 5 jackpot-winning tickets, one of which was in New York City, for a total of over sixteen thousand dollars.
Two top-prize winning tickets for the Jan. 14 TAKE 5 evening drawing, valued at $16,074, were sold, according to the New York Lottery.
At Brooklyn’s Buckley’s Market, 251 Nassau Ave., one ticket was sold. At the Bolla 820 Hempstead C-Store, which is situated at 820 Hempstead Ave. in West Hempstead, New York, another winning ticket was sold.
The numbers 4, 17, 18, 19, and 27 are the winning ones.
TAKE Five numbers are selected from a range of 1 to 39. The five numbers on your ticket must match the winning five-number combination selected in order to win the TAKE 5 jackpot. Each game costs $1 to play.
Television broadcasts the drawing twice a day at 10:30 and 2:30 p.m. To find out if they have the winning numbers for the respective midday or evening drawing, players who have both the midday and evening drawings on the same ticket must verify their numbers at nylottery.ny.gov.
There is a 1 in 575,757 chance of winning the TAKE 5 jackpot.
