On an empty site in the Valley Neighborhood of the city, the Greater Syracuse Land Bank is collaborating with a modular home builder to construct, distribute, and assemble a brand-new three-bedroom home. The project would cost between $260,000 and $280,000, and it would be marketed for between $130,000 and $150,000 to buyers with low to moderate incomes.
