NY weather: Expect lake effect snow and showers in Tioga and Broome counties Wednesday morning

Parts of Tioga and Broome County are still being affected by lake effect snow this morning. The morning commute along the Route 17 Corridor around Binghamton will be impacted by the possibility of a rapid half to an inch of snow through eight in the morning. If you are traveling, be ready for roads that are coated with snow, slick, and have less visibility.
