NY weather: Lake effect snow warning affecting New York until Monday morning

The National Weather Service issued a lake effect snow warning for Oswego, Jefferson, and Lewis counties on Saturday at 3:48 a.m., which was in place from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Monday.
