At 6:55 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued a special weather statement that held for Hamilton, Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Warren, Washington, Schenectady, and Albany counties until 11 p.m.
“This evening, when temperatures are close to freezing, there may be pockets of snow, sleet, or freezing rain in addition to some rain. Travel may become locally slick due to a light coating of snow or ice on untreated roads and walkways. “Be careful if you’re going anywhere tonight,” the weather agency advises.
United Robots offers a service called Advance Local Weather Alerts that gathers the most recent information from the National Weather Service using machine learning.
