NY weather update: High wind watch for Jefferson County for Monday and Tuesday

The National Weather Service issued an updated high wind watch for Jefferson County on Sunday at 4:32 a.m., which is in effect from Monday at 7 a.m. to Tuesday at 6 a.m.

In the words of the weather service, “Southwest winds are 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 55 mph possible.”
