NY weather: Weather alert issued for heavy snow in New York early Wednesday evening

At 4:05 p.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service released a bulletin predicting significant snowfall until 5 p.m. in the counties of Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario, Cattaraugus, and Allegany.
