NY weather: Wind advisory affecting New York until Tuesday morning

The National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for Yates, Seneca, Steuben, and Schuyler counties on Monday at 4:09 a.m., which was in effect from noon until Tuesday at 6 a.m.
