NY weather: Winter weather advisory affecting New York Thursday

At 2:54 p.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for Herkimer, Montgomery, Schoharie, Schenectady, Albany, Rensselaer, Greene, Columbia, Ulster, and Dutchess counties. The advisory remained in effect from 4 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday.
