NY weather: Winter weather advisory for New York for Friday

At 2:55 p.m. on Thursday, the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory for Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schenectady, and Washington counties, which is in effect for Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
