NYC Mayor Adams announces plans for more housing to combat street homelessness

In Harlem on Thursday, Mayor Eric Adams gave what might be his final State of the City speech.

The mayor outlined some of his administration’s intentions for the upcoming year and praised a number of initiatives throughout the speech.
