NYPD: Man, 60, dies after being hit by school bus in St. George on Staten Island

New York’s Staten Island. During the Wednesday evening rush hour in St. George, a 60-year-old man was killed after he was hit by a school bus while he was crossing the street in the middle, according to reports.

A spokeswoman for the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information said that at approximately 4:37 p.m., police received a 911 call regarding a pedestrian collision on Slosson Terrace close to Bay Street.
