According to police, a group of unidentified people allegedly approached a 76-year-old male victim in front of 164 East 105th St. on Tuesday, Dec. 10, at around 11:05 a.m.

According to authorities, the person was taken by emergency medical services to New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center in a stable but critical condition.

A group of unidentified individuals allegedly forced their way into an apartment in a residential building near East 106th Street and Second Avenue and showed a firearm to a 54-year-old male victim during a second incident, which police say happened about an hour later at 12:05 p.m.

The suspects allegedly took the victim’s wallet before driving off in a dark vehicle heading west on East 106th Street. There were no reported injuries.
