Popular Jersey Shore town prepares for worst by boosting security at boardwalk

In anticipation of the summer travel season, Wildwood officials are implementing extra security precautions in the wake of the New Year’s Day terrorist attack in New Orleans.

In order to enable police better monitor crowds and manage access to the city’s well-liked boardwalk, barricades and brighter overhead lights are being installed.
